Personalised / customised orders are made just for you. Because of this, the normal 14 day returns period does not apply and will only be eligible for a refund if the items are faulty. Please be extra careful when selecting and inputting custom options like names or selecting Traditional/Simplified Chinese. If the item has not yet started production, we may be able to cancel at no cost. If the item is already in production no refunds will be available. If you have any questions about a personalised order, please contact us before payment and we’ll be happy to help.

Can’t find what you want? Get in touch and we’ll see if we can make that perfect item of clothing for you.
As each item of clothing is made individually, we may be able to accommodate small design tweaks at no extra cost. For anything which is more than a tweak or slight adjustment to an existing design this may incur an additional a design fee to be added to the original price of the item.
If we are able to make a new design especially for you, we reserve the right to offer that design in the future to other customers. All custom orders are non-refundable.
