Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
At Ickle Bao we take pride in everything we make and we carefully check everything before we send it to you. However, if there’s an issue with your order we will do our best to help and put it right. Our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy is designed to make sure that you’re protected when you buy with us and also help us continue making the best quality items for our customers.
If an item we send to you arrives faulty or develops a fault in an unreasonable time please contact us and we will aim to resolve your issue by either offering a refund, replacement item or credit note to use with us in the future.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return an item, please return it to us within 30 days of accepting the item. Returns will only be accepted if they are in a resaleable condition (unworn, unwashed, with labels intact and attached to the item as it was when sent to you) and in the original packaging. Postage fees for returns will need to be paid for by the customer.
When we receive your item we will send you confirmation of receipt and once the item has been inspected we will process your refund/exchange within 10 days. Refunds will be sent to the original payment account only. Exchanges can be sent to a new address or customer. We may also offer a credit note to use with us in the future if an exchange is not available.
